Президент РФ Владимир Путин подписал закон о переносе думских выборов с декабря на сентябрь 2016 года, соответствующий документ размещен на официальном портале правовой информации, пишет РИА Новости.

Закон был подготовлен лидерами думских фракций "Единая Россия", ЛДПР, "Справедливая Россия" и спикером палаты Сергеем Нарышкиным и внесен в Думу с положительным отзывом правительства. В нем предусмотрены компенсации действующим депутатам, которые не будут переизбраны в Госдуму седьмого созыва или в региональные парламенты. Их максимальный объем может составить около 714 миллионов рублей.

Ранее Совфед направил в Конституционный суд запрос о соответствии закона Конституции, КС посчитал принятие закона допустимым при соблюдении ряда условий. Суд постановил, что перенос парламентских выборов может быть однократным, не должен приводить к нарушению периодичности выборов и непрерывности работы Госдумы и должен приниматься заблаговременно, чтобы обеспечить предвыборную конкуренцию.
