"Очевидно, що завдання, які стоять перед нами, вимагають нових підходів до управління розвитком. І тут ми маємо намір активно використовувати проектний принцип. Рада займатиметься ключовими проектами, які спрямовані на структурні зміни в економіці і соціальній сфері для підвищення темпів зростання", - наголосив Путін.
