У Кіровограді розростається скандал, пов'язаний з агресивною проросійської пропагандою "регіоналів": Сергія Ларіна (екс-губернатор, кнопка №5 на селекторі Януковича в Межигір'ї) та Артема Стрижакова (фаворит Януковича-молодшого, який був куратором Кіровограда від парламентської фракції ПР).

Обидва регіонала відомі не тільки своєю пропутінської позицією, а й активної вербуванням тітушек, які били активістів Майдану.

9 травня ці депутати, які входять в ближнє коло "Сім'ї" Януковича, завалили Кіровоград поліграфічною продукцією з російською символікою, де вони вітають городян з Днем перемоги на тлі карти України без Криму. Крім того, в місті 9 травня крутили ролик антиукраїнського змісту,повідомляє Gazeta.ua

На тлі російського прапора та інших російських символів в рамках проекту "Депутатська тисяча" в місті йде масова роздача 1000 грн від стріжаковско-Ларинського благодійного фонду "Розвиток Кiровоградщіні", причетного до "сімейного общака". Автором цієї агітки є Олександр Попов, співробітник Московської pr-групи путінського політтехнолога Олександра Бородая - "прем'єр-міністра Донецької народної республіки" і одного з ватажків бойовиків.

Його команда ще з часів Януковича займається піаром Стрижакова, Ларіна та таких одіозних регіоналів як Олег Царьов, голова парламенту Союзу "ДНР" і "ЛНР". Досить сказати, що в "Міністрство культури" ДНР за пропаганду відповідає прямій підлеглий прем'єр-міністра ДНР Бородая - Сергій Шаталов.

А його син Олександр Шаталов - права рука Ларіна - багато років відповідає за пропаганду регіоналів у Кіровограді, реалізуючи на місці pr-ідеї Бородая і Попова. Сім'я Шаталова контролює газету "Кіровоградська правда", ряд міських сайтів і "ручних" журналістів обласного ТБ. Патріотичні сили Кіровограда вкотре закликають дати правову оцінку скандальної роздачі грошей, що підживлюють в Кіровограді антиукраїнські настрої і пропаганду сепаратизму путінськими політтехнологами.
