Верховна Рада відмовилася позбавити депутатських повноважень трьох депутатів, які попросили про це своїми заявами.

За позбавлення мандата депутата від Радикальної партії Злати Огнєвіч, яка оголосила про намір покинути парламент 10 листопада, спершу проголосували 202 депутата, під час повторного голосування – 197, потім – 212, пише Українська правда

За позбавлення мандата позафракційного депутата Владислава Атрошенка, який був обраний мером Чернігова, проголосували спершу 208, потім – 213, потім – 206 депутатів.

Також депутати не змогли відпустити позафракційного депутата Бориса Філатова, який став мером Дніпропетровська – за це проголосували лиш 207 депутатів.

Також Рада двічі не змогла знайти достатньої кількості голосів, щоб дозволити депутату від БПП Мустафі Найєму перейти з комітету з євроінтеграції у правоохоронний комітет.

Після кількох спроб лідери фракцій Олег Ляшко, Юрій Луценко і Олег Березюк закликати депутатів голосувати і запевняли, що їхні фракції підтримають ці очевидні рішення, однак достатньої кількості голосів депутати так і не знайшли.
