Рішення новообраного президента Володимира Зеленського, розпускати чи не розпускати парламент, залежатиме від дій народних депутатів.

Про це заявив його політичний радник Дмитро Разумков в ефірі програми "Свобода слова" на ICTV ввечері 13 травня, повідомляє "Громадське".

"Якщо ми говоримо про розпуск парламенту, то тут питання в тому, що буде робити парламент", – сказав він.

Прикладом негативного кроку з боку депутатів Разумков назвав законопроект про президента, який на засіданні 22 квітня закликала ухвалити віце-спікерка парламенту Оксана Сироїд.

За словами радника, такий закон суттєво обмежив би владу Зеленського та не дав йому виконати обіцянки, озвучені виборцям.

"Окремі народні депутати, представники керівництва парламенту говорили про те, що можна спробувати ухвалити цей закон, який фактично не лише обмежував права та обов'язки президента, але й певною мірою порушував Конституцію", – зазначив Разумков.

"Адже багато з цих функцій, які хотіли спростити ймовірним законом, вони належать до конституційних повноважень президента – і в такий спосіб відбувалася ліквідація інституту президентства, переходили ледь не до парламентської республіки", – додав він.

Раніше сам Зеленський заявив, що про розпуск парламенту говорити зарано.

Чергові парламентські вибори в Україні мають відбутися 27 жовтня.
