Филипп Киркоров, Николай Басков, Полина Гагарина, Максим Галкин, Лолита Милявская и другие артисты снялись в рекламе нового жилого комплекса "Зиларт", который находится в 5 километрах от центра столицы и Кремля. Рекламный ролик появился 30 декабря на канале YouТube застройщика "ЛСР. Недвижимость-М".
 

В клипе звёзды российской эстрады ходят по крышам, гуляют по территории и паркам ЖК "Зиларт" и поют о том, как хорошо жить в таком прекрасном месте. В кадрах видео также есть и другие актеры-жители комплекса - влюбленные пары, семьи с детьми и бизнесмены.

 
Специалисты в сфере маркетинга и рекламы отреагировали на клип в своих аккаунтах Facebook весьма критично. Так, креативный редактор рекламного агентства "Восход" Андрей Губайдуллин назвал ролик "Совком в действии". Менеджер по маркетингу компании Ritter Sport Александр Леонов выделил ему место в списке "отрыжек российского рекламного рынка". Издание Sostav.ru, специализирующееся на российском маркетинге и рекламе опубликовало на своей странице в Facebook видео с комментарием "Как сделать очень дорогой ролик очень плохо. Слабонервным не смотреть".

Застройщик от комментариев рекламного ролика отказался. Тем не менее, копирайтер Александр Дорокотов, который год назад занимался креативом для ЖК "Зиларт" написал на своей странице во "ВКонтакте" о том, что изначально проект ЖК был рассчитан для творческих людей.

"Сотрудничество не сложилось. И теперь они выпускают этот ролик. К которому, после протирания глаз от литров крови, у меня один вопрос - когда они перепозиционировались из творческого в гей-квартал?" - написал Доброкотов.

Впрочем, с мнением экспертов относительно "Совка в действии" в данном случае можно поспорить. Уж больно ролик напоминает рекламу южнокорейского торгового центра Lotte Duty Free. Гигантский молл, шопинг в котором очень популярен в Сеуле, ежегодно снимает зрелищный клип, в котором традиционно участвуют самые успешные поп-исполнители и актеры.
