Первые слухи о закрытии сервиса iAd расползлись по сети еще в конце января, однако тогда точная дата столь печальной для многих разработчиков новость не имела конкретной даты.

 
Сейчас корпорация Apple сделала официальное заявление и сообщила, что рекламный сервис iAd полностью прекратит свою работу 30 июня, пишет Sostav.ua

Таким образом, всем разработчикам, использующим iAd для размещения рекламы внутри приложений, стоит внести изменения в свои игры и программы, чтобы использовать альтернативные пути заработка, в которых не будет участвовать Apple.

В закрытии iAd есть и хорошая сторона, предоставляющая разработчикам широкий спектр других сервисов для заработка на рекламе. Модераторы в магазине App Store будут менее строго относиться к наличию в приложениях для iOS и OS X сторонней рекламы, так как с 30 июня у Apple не будет собственной альтернативы.
