Росія цілеспрямовано веде антиукраїнську інформаційну кампанію в Австралії, витрачаючи на це значні кошти.

Про це в ефірі телемарафону «Україна понад усе» на «5 каналі» заявив референт зовнішніх зв'язків Спілки українських організацій Австралії Петро Шміґель,передає  MediaSapiens

«Навіть в далекій Австралії діє Російська дезінформація, - каже він. – За нашими підрахунками, російська Федерація видає приблизно 5 мільйонів доларів на рік, щоб проводити дезінформаційну кампанію в Австралії. Близько 2 мільйонів доларів на рік витрачає на те, щоб вставляти вкладки в наші головні часописи з цілковитою російською пропагандою. Коли пересічний австралієць думає про Україну, треба мати на увазі, що він бачить ту російську дезінформацію».

За словами експерта, український уряд повинен думати про контр-випади.
