Російські та проросійські ЗМІ повідомляють, начебто з посиленням контролю українських силовиків мешканці зони АТО не можуть вільно виїхати із зони конфлікту.

Так, на російському "5-му канале", розповідаючи про події на Донбасі, повідомили, що "люди замерзають", і в той же час не мають змоги виїхати із зони АТО.

"Влада "ДНР" звинувачує Київ у погіршенні гуманітарної обстановки в регіоні. Українська сторона знеструмлює котельні, населення змушене мерзнути в своїх будинках. Крім того, силовики посилили контроль на своїх пропускних пунктах, і люди не можуть вільно виїхати із зони конфлікту", – йдеться у повідомленні цього каналу.

У свою чергу журналіст "Новостей Донбасса"  та  проекту "Радіо Свобода" "Донбас.Реалії" Олексій Мацука заявив: проблем із виїздом із зони АТО наразі немає.

"Те, що пишуть в російських ЗМІ, не відповідає дійсності, тому що буквально сьогодні декілька наших журналістів абсолютно спокійно виїхали із зони АТО і проїхали на територію, яка контролюється українською армією", - зазначив Мацука.
 
У Донецькій області рейсові автобуси здійснюють транспортне сполучення між містами Донецької області, в тому числі й окупованими, у звичайному режимі, немає ніяких особливих складнощів у плані перетину блокпостів української армії, додав він.

За словами журналіста, достатньо паспорту, а іноді навіть він не потрібен.

На його думку, повідомлення у російських ЗМІ про якісь ускладнення з цього приводу мають на меті викликати обурення серед населення на окупованій частині Донбасу, де окрім російських ЗМІ більше ніяких засобів інформації немає.

Як відомо, раніше в РНБО заявили, що переміщення людей та вантажів через лінію розмежування в зоні АТО 
планується обмежити.

Для цього визначено 7 дорожніх напрямків для в’їзду-виїзду з окупованої території: "Луганськ-Щастя-Новоайдар",  "Луганськ-Станиця Луганська-Широке", "Фащівка-Дебальцеве-Артемівськ", "Горлівка-Артемівськ", "Донецьк-Курахове", "Донецьк-Маріуполь (через Волноваху)" та "Новоазовськ-Красноармійськ-Талаківка-Маріуполь".
