Будинок, придбаний російським мільярдером Дмитром Риболовлєвим у бізнесмена і чинного кандидата в президенти США від Республіканської партії Дональда Трампа за $95 млн, пішов під знесення. Про це повідомляє Главком з посиланням на The New York Times.

Особняк площею 5,7 тис. кв. м розташований за адресою 515 North County Road, Палм-Біч, штат Флорида. Крім основного житлового будинку, на території 2,4 га є кілька будинків для гостей, басейн, а також будівлі з роздягальнями та тенісним кортом, пише видання. Про те, що саме з'явиться на місці знесеного особняка, не уточнюється, але відомо, що нинішній власник має намір розділити територію на три частини і продати. Кожна ділянка може коштувати $35–40 млн, вважають опитані The New York Times брокери.

Трамп придбав цей особняк у 2004 році за $41,4 млн. Тоді угода стала найбільшою на ринку нерухомості в Палм-Біч, нагадує видання. У 2008 році його придбав Дмитро Риболовлєв, проте відтоді будинок був порожнім, ідеться в публікації. Про намір нового власника знести будівлю стало відомо ще в 2013 році. Причиною такого рішення сам Риболовлєв називав появу в будинку цвілі. У березні цього року комісія з архітектури Палм-Біч дозволила знести будівлю. Вартість демонтажу може обійтися російському мільярдеру в $234 тис., повідомило в липні видання Palm Beach Daily News.
