Передача а властям США в России рассматривается как еще один способ налаживания контактов с Трампом и уступок с его стороны. Как сообщает PRпортал со ссылкой на телеканал NBC, об этом рассказал информированный источник.

По его словам, если Россия выдаст Сноудена, это будет своеобразный подарок новой администрации США, в обмен на который РФ планирует получить некие бонусы от Трампа. Высокопоставленный чиновник рассказал сотрудникам телеканала о том, что Россия рассматривает передачу Сноудена способом заслужить доверие Дональда Трампа. В разведке эту информацию подтвердили, причем даже уточнили, что опираются на те данные, которые были получены уже после инаугурации Трампа. По словам Бена Уизнера, адвоката Эдварда Сноудена, он ни разу не слышал о таких планах Кремля, и ему ничего неизвестно. 

Нужно отметить, что осенью 2016 года Сноуден давал интервью и отметил, что готов вернуться в Соединенные Штаты, даже, если ему придется сесть в тюрьму и отбывать длительный срок. Напомним, что почти четыре года назад Сноуден обнародовал секретные материал, а Россия предоставила ему убежище.
