Почти треть жителей России ходит на выборы по привычке или потому, что так принято делать. Об этом свидетельствуют данные опроса, опубликованные на сайте «Левада-центра» во вторник, 12 июля.

Исследование показало, что доля респондентов, которых побуждает приходить на избирательные участки гражданский долг, сократилась за последние пять лет с 59 процентов в 2011 году до 39 процента в 2016 году.

В то же время, количество граждан, которые ходят на выборы «по привычке» увеличилось до 21 процента в 2016 с 15 процентов в 2011 году.

14 процентов респондентов заявили, что считают участие в выборах возможностью выразить свою политическую позицию (против 20 процентов в 2011-ом). 11 процентов опрошенных отметили, что участвуют в выборах только потому, что в кругу близких им людей «так принято». Их доля аналогична той, что была зафиксирована в 2011-ом.

Вместе с тем, 33 процента россиян считают выборы важным событием в жизни страны.

Соцопрос «Левада-центра» проводился в марте и июне текущего года. В нем приняли участие 1,6 тысячи человек в 137 населенных пунктах 48 регионов страны.

Выборы в Госдуму пройдут в единый день голосования 18 сентября по смешанной системе: 225 депутатов будут избираться по партийным спискам, 225 — по одномандатным округам.
