В Чебоксарах мужчина обвиняется в призывах к экстремизму из-за того, что сделал перепост демотиватора во «ВКонтакте». Об этом сообщил адвокат обвиняемого Евгений Губин, пишет «Газете.Ru».
Активист Дмитрий Семенов обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 280 УК (публичные призывы к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности).
«Сегодня государственный обвинитель попросил суд назначить Дмитрию Семенову наказание в виде штрафа в размере 200 тыс. руб. Мы будем просить его полностью оправдать», — отметил Губин.
По данным следствия, поводом для возбуждения дела стало размещение на странице в соцсети карикатуры на премьер-министра России Дмитрия Медведева. Защита настаивает на том, что Семенов не является создателем экстремистской картинки и лишь перепостил интервью Матвея Ганапольского, к которому и был прикреплен демотиватор.
