В Министерстве культуры России зявили, что отныне если в фильмах будут содержаться материалы, порочащие национальную культуру или создающие "угрозу национальному единству", то они не получат лицензию на прокат,пишет Новое время

В частности, для реализации данного решения уже подготовлен проект постановления правительства, в котором сформулированы новые требования к фильмам.

В Минкульте также заявили, что новые правила уже должны были начать работать, однако их введения было отложено,.

"Документ не вступает в силу с 1 января 2015 года, как предполагалось, так как пока не получены отзывы части министерств", - сказали в ведомстве.
