Мер Львова Андрій Садовий назвав суботні події у Львові за участю представників ЛГБТ-спільноти та невідомих в масках добре спланованою операцією.

"Вчорашні події у Львові - наслідок добре спланованої операції. Учасники з обидвох сторін виступили свідомими чи несвідомими учасниками "картинки", - написав він на своїй сторінці в Facebook.

За його словами, мета провокації - міжнародна дискредитація України. В результаті було понесено певні репутаційні втрати.

Він підкреслив, що засуджує будь-який прояв насильства, але як керівник органу місцевого самоврядування, має обмежений вплив на силові структури та спеціальні органи.

"Судове рішення про заборону проведення масових заходів обидвома сторонами біля Опери було правильним. Прямі зіткнення і кров на вулицях Львова - це те, чого хотіли наші недруги", - сказав мер Львова.

Раніше НВ повідомляло, що 19 березня у Львові мав розпочатися Фестиваль рівності. Однак організатори фестивалю через заборону суду проводити масові акції в місті відмовились від ЛГБТ-квесту та вирішили провести заходи у готелі Дністер.

Однак до поліції надійшло повідомлення про замінування готелю, у якому представники ЛГБТ-спільноти проводили заходи Фестивалю рівності. Під час евакуації з готелю невідомі в масках кидали петарди та каміння в автобуси, в яких перебували представники ЛГБТ-спільноти.
