Издание высоко оценило результаты деятельности Кука на посту главы компании, отметив, что было непросто проявить себя после такой яркой личности, как Стив Джобс. Однако новый глава Apple доказал, что может успешно управлять компанией, считают в The Financial Times.

Главными достижениями Кука газета называет успешный выпуск смартфона iPhone 6 и часов Apple Watch, которые появятся в продаже в 2015 году, а также создание платежной системы Apple Pay,пишет Обозреватель

Тим Кук возглавил компанию в 2011 году, после того как основатель ведущего мирового IT-бренда Стив Джобс ушел в отставку. Apple принадлежит самый дорогой бренд в мире по версии Forbes. Рыночная стоимость компании в ноябре 2014 года превысила 700 миллиардов долларов, с начала года увеличившись более чем на 50%.
