Украинская летчица, народный депутат Надежда Савченко, которая 2 года провела в российском плену, сняла с трибуны Верховной Рады свой портрет, заменив его фотографиями с лицами остальных политзаключенных украинцев, удерживаемых Россией, пишет Сегодня.

"Я снимаю свой портрет с трибуны и заменяю его лицами ребят, которые будут смотреть вам в глаза, которые сейчас еще сидят в тылу врага, отстаивая нашу Украину, для того, чтобы вы каждый раз, выступая на этой трибуне, смотрели им в глаза и понимали, что у вас нет права не вытащить последнего из них", – заявила она.

Как сообщалось, 25 мая президент России Владимир Путин помиловал осужденную якобы за убийство российских журналистов на Донбассе Надежду Савченко. Летчица прибыла на самолете президента Украины в аэропорт "Борисполь", где сделала первое заявление для прессы. Потом посетила Администрацию президента и офис фракции ВО "Батькивщина". В этот же день России были переданы спецназовцы Александр Александров и Евгений Ерофеев, осужденные украинским судом по обвинению в террористической деятельности.
