Народний депутат України Надія Савченко переконана, що для ефективної роботи у парламенті не обов'язково очолювати політичну партію.

Про це вона заявила на прес-конференції у п'ятницю в Києві, відповідаючи на запитання про те, чи не планує очолити партію "Батьківщина", повідомляє кореспондент Укрінформу.

"У партії "Батьківщина" є голова, лідер. Я планую ефективно працювати. Для цього абсолютно не потрібно очолювати партію. Буде треба - то треба. Не треба - то я можу працювати ефективно і просто її членом", - сказала Савченко.

Вона наголосила, що не має наміру виходити із партії "Батьківщина".

"Я прийшла і знаходжуся в команді "Батьківщини"... Я не перебіжчик, я не прийшла сьогодні з партією "Батьківщина", а зараз скажу "дякую" і піду в третю, десяту партію, чи стану позафракційним депутатом. Якщо мене щось не буде влаштовувати в моїх колегах, то ми будемо говорити і змінюватися разом", - сказала Савченко.

Вона також подякувала "Батьківщині" за своє прийняття до лав партії.

"Я би сказала, що було би дуже добре, якби кожна партія взяла по одному політв'язню в Росії. Показали би тоді, що ті люди, які в нас є героями, в Росії вважаються злочинцями і сидять у в'язницях. Всі там - герої", - сказала Савченко.
