Позафракційний депутат Надія Савченко заявила про "відмову від депутатської недоторканності".

Фото з відповідним документом вона розмістила у Facebook 21 лютого.

"Третя рiчниця Майдану. Настав час полiтикам виконувати свої обiцянки без третього Майдану! Виконання першої обiцянки: я вiдмовляюся вiд депутатської недоторканностi. Закликаю всiх народних депутатiв України, президента‎ України та українських суддiв зробити те саме", – йдеться в коментарі.

 

Як відомо, депутатська недоторканність є не суб'єктивним правом, привілеєм окремого індивіда, а складовою статусу народного депутата України.

Недоторканність прописана у законах і "знімається" під час розгляду конкретної справи, де фігурує депутат

Як відомо, підтримку скасування депутатської недоторканності перед виборами в 2014 році декларували представники практично всіх політичних сил, однак це не було реалізовано нинішнім скликанням.
