Російський Сбербанк стверджує, що погоджував перейменування своєї української "дочки" з Національним банком України, тобто діяв згідно всім законодавчим процедурам країни. Про це повідомляє "Газета.ru".
"Нове офіційне найменування ПАТ "Сбербанк" як юридичної особи та її фірмове (комерційне) найменування зареєстровано в повній відповідності до законодавства України та погоджено з Національним банком України, - заявили в прес-службі найбільшого російського банку.
Як повідомляв PRпортал, Український державний Ощадбанк звинуватив українську "дочку" російського Сбербанку в незаконному перейменування свого підрозділу. Приводом для звинувачень стала зміна назви української "дочки" російського Сбербанку з ПАТ "Дочірній банк Сбербанку Росії" в ВАТ "Сбербанк". "Ощадбанк" планує направити відповідні звернення і заяви в Національний банк України, Антимонопольний комітет України та судові органи.
