Сегодня в Польше проходят парламентские выборы, на которых избирают депутатов Сейма и Сената на четырехлетнюю каденцию.

Сегодня в Польше проходят парламентские выборы, на которых избирают депутатов Сейма и Сената на четырехлетнюю каденцию.

Об этом сообщает УНИАН сос ссилкой на  "Польское радио".

Как отмечается в сообщении, это уже девятые парламентские выборы после начала демократических преобразований 1989 года.

Граждане Польши в целом должны избрать 460 депутатов Сейма (нижняя палата парламента) и 100 депутатов Сената (верхняя палата).

За место в Сейме борются 7 тысяч 896 кандидатов, в Сенате - 425 человек. Средний возраст кандидата на депутата Сейма в этих выборах - 42 года, кандидата на сенатора - 53 года.

Правом голоса обладают более 30,5 млн граждан Польши.

Открыто более 27 тысяч участков, в частности за рубежом.

За ходом голосования следит Государственная избирательная комиссия, которая объявит общие официальные итоги выборов во вторник, 27 октября.

Как известно, за две недели до выборов в Польше лидерство удерживала консервативная партия "Право и справедливость" (ПиС). По данным предварительных опросов, ПиС может набрать 36%, правящая "Гражданская платформа" - 24%.
