Кандидат у народні депутати від партії "За майбутнє" Олександр Шевченко заявляє, що Івано-Франківський окружний адмінсуд визнав протиправним протокол окружної виборчої комісії про встановлення підсумків голосування на виборчому окрузі №87.

"Рішенням Івано-Франківського окружного адміністративного суду було визнано протиправним протокол ОВК про встановлення підсумків голосування на 87-му виборчому окрузі. 

Фактично ОВК знівелювала частину голосів виборців на деяких дільницях і не включила їхні голоси до загального протоколу. Власне,  саме ці дільниці ми відстояли в судах і щодо них є відповідні рішення Феміди",- написав Шевченко у Facebook

За словами Шевченка, тепер справа за Центральною виборчою комісією. Саме ЦВК має право скасувати прокол, враховуючи рішення суду.

Олександр Шевченко – колишній директор "Буковелю", який уже був народним депутатом (у Верховній Раді 7-го й 8-го скликань). У 2019 році він балотувався в президенти й у народні депутати, але отримав невисокий результат попри чималі інвестиції в рекламу.
