Колишній генеральний прокурор Віктор Шокін просить Вищий адміністративний суд (ВАСУ) визнати незаконним та скасувати указ президента про його звільнення і постанову Верховної Ради, яка схвалила його звільнення. 
Про це Українським Новинам повідомила прес-служба ВАСУ.

"Відповідачами є Президент і Верховна Рада", - сказала співробітник відомства.

За її словами, суд відкрив провадження за позовом Шокіна і призначив судове засідання на 10 квітня на 15:30.

Як повідомляли Українські Новини, 29 березня 2016 року Верховна Рада схвалила звільнення Шокіна, 3 квітня 2016 року Порошенко звільнив Шокіна.
