Федеральна прокуратура Швейцарії винесла покарання громадянину країни у вигляді штрафу та шести місяців умовного ув’язнення за пропаганду діяльності терористичної організації ISIS (Ісламська держава) в Facebook.

Штраф склав 2000 швейцарських франків (близько 1800 євро).

У прокуратурі повідомили, що з травня по грудень 2016 року цей чоловік ділився в соціальних мережах «численними відео і фотоматеріалами з пропаганди ISIS».

Зокрема це змонтовані фотографії вершника ISIS, який атакує вершників з прапорами США, Німеччини і Швейцарії. Федеральна прокуратура країни постановила, що ця ілюстрація символізує війну, яку терористи ведуть проти цих держав.

В іншому своєму пості швейцарець залишив запис: «Вбивайте шиїтів» .

У травні минулого року в його будинку пройшов обшук. На допиті чоловік сказав, що не поширював пропагандистські матеріали, а тільки переглядав їх. За його словами, він ставив під ними лайки тільки для того, щоб всі знали, що відбувається в Сирії і Іраку. У свою чергу, звинувачення переконане, що він діяв, «повністю усвідомлюючи незаконний характер терористичної організації ISIS» .

За рішенням прокуратури, звинувачений також зобов'язаний оплатити витрати за розгляд справи, які становлять 4500 франків (понад 3900 євро).

Наразі Федеральна прокуратура Швейцарії розглядає близько 60 кримінальних справ щодо пропаганди таких терористих організацій, як ISIS та «Аль-Каїда».

Нагадаємо, згідно дослідження центру Policy Exchange, в Європі онлайн-контент джихадистів найбільше цікавить мешканцям Британії та Німеччини.
