Журналисты узнали, что при подготовке реформы Конституции Украины профильной комиссией прорабатывается схема, по которой грядущие местные выборы осенью 2015 года станут промежуточными.

Об этом сообщает ZN.UA.

Журналист Сергей Рахманин пояснил мотивацию подобного решения: "Конституционно узаконенная децентрализация обретет юридическую силу не раньше осени (в лучшем случае). Соответствующие изменения Основного закона повлекут за собой необходимость уточнения законодательной базы, что также требует времени".

Поэтому, отмечает он, был предложен вариант, по которому полномочия местных органов власти, а также городских, сельских и поселковых председателей, избранных в октябре 2015-го, продлятся только два года вместо четырех.

Соответствующую норму - после которой победители местных выборов-2017 смогут полноценно распоряжаться новыми полномочиями - предложили добавить в переходные положения обновляемой Конституции.

"И новый избирательный закон (если не успеют сейчас) к 2017-му примут точно", - заключил Рахманин, отметив, что точное решение еще не принято.

Ранее президент Украины Петр Порошенко назвал условие для проведения местных выборов в Донбассе.
