Среднестатический американец проводит за рулем около 100 минут в день, совершая рутинное путешествие на работу и обратно. На этом и решили заработать четыре приятеля, запустившие сервисWrapify. Стартап был создан в феврале, несколько месяцев провел в бизнес-инкубаторах, а в июле на дорогах появился первый автомобиль с рекламой, размещенной при помощи Wrapify.

Идея предпринимателей довольна проста — связать водителей с рекламодателями. Среди клиентов сервиса национальные и региональные бренды: eBay, Petco, TriNet, Harrah’s Resorts, Quest Nutrition, HomeHero, Butterfleye, Unreel.co и Captiv8. С момента запуска автомобили Wrapify обеспечили более 135 млн показов, а выплаты партнерам достигли 45 тысяч долларов. Стартап, который журналисты окрестили «Uber для рекламодателей», вошел в число лучших интернет-проектов по версии изданий Inc. и Business Insider, пишет sostav.ru

Wrapify позволяет водителям зарабатывать до 450 долларов в неделю — такая сумма набегает, если автомобиль полностью покрыт рекламой, а его владелец преодолевает 100 миль в день. Передвижения и количество показов отслеживает мобильное приложение Wrapify. Оно гарантирует, что рекламодатель получит точные данные о кампании. Например, сеть магазинов Petco разместила рекламу на пяти автомобилях в Сан-Франциско. За два месяца ритейлер получил 3,2 млн показов — больше, чем любой билборд в регионе.

Сотрудничать с Wrapify может гражданин США старше 21 года, который владеет или арендует автомобиль выпуска 2008 года и позже. Контракт с водителем заключается на срок от трех месяцев до года, при этом владелец машины может выбрать степень покрытия рекламой. Сейчас сервис доступен в 11 городах пяти штатов.

Ранее похожую бизнес-модель реализовали на другом конце света: голландский стартап Add My Window предложил жителям Нидерландов сдавать свои окна под размещение рекламы. Его платформа объединяет владельцев помещений и заказчиков.
