Повідомлення з прямим та непрямим закликом голосувати за того чи іншого кандидати отримали на свої телефони мешканці Кривого Рогу.

Зокрема, один з виборців продемонстрував спостерігачу ОПОРИ отримане з незнайомого номера СМС-повідомлення з закликом підтримати кандидата на посаду міського голови Ігоря Левицького.

Також на телефон члена однієї з ДВК надійшло СМС-повідомлення з закликом проголосувати «за мир и стабильность» й гаслом «Выберем мэра в первом туре».

Нагадаємо, що згідно з ст. 212-10 Кодексу про адміністративні правопорушення, проведення передвиборчої агітації поза строками, встановленими законом, - тягне за собою накладання штрафу: для громадян – від 30 до 50, для посадових осіб – від 50 до 80 неоподаткованих мінімумів.
