Суд скасував рішення суду попередньої інстанції, який зобов'язав Центральну виборчу комісію дотримуватися 30%-вої гендерної квоти у виборчих списках.

Про це на засіданні погоджувальної ради у понеділок заявив керівник фракції "Самопоміч" Олег Березюк.

"Головна партія країни наполягла на цьому, хоча ми і не дуже до цього готові і сьогодні вона ж це порушила. Суд першої інстанції поступив згідно букві закону і скасував рішення ЦВК, а суд апеляційної інстанції сказав: в Україні не потрібні якісні закони і скасував це", – заявив він.

При цьому Березюк не уточнив, який суд і коли саме прийняв таке рішення.

Як відомо, 23 вересня ЦВК прийняла рішення про те, що недотримання норми про не менше 30% представників однієї статі у виборчих списках не є причиною для відмови у реєстрації списку.

Пізніше Київський апеляційний адміністративний суд за позовом "Самопомочі" скасував це рішення ЦВК. Оскаржити це рішення суду можна було протягом двох днів у Вищому адміністративному суді.
