У Москві суд оштрафував месенджер Telegram на 800 тис. рублів ($12 тисяч) за відмову надати ФСБ ключі для розкодування листування користувачів
 

Про це повідомляє агенція "Інтерфакс".

"Визнати Telegram Messenger LLP винним в скоєнні адміністративного правопорушення і призначити покарання у вигляді адміністративного штрафу в розмірі 800 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян", - йдеться в рішенні суду.

Зазначається, що штраф 800 тис. рублів - мінімальне покарання для юридичної особи за статтею російського законодавства про адміністративні правопорушення. Максимальна санкція - штраф мільйон рублів. 

У ЗМІ додають, що це рішення, ймовірно, стало першим застосуванням такої статті в російській історії.
