Центральная избирательная комиссия во исполнение судебных решений зарегистрировала еще 22 кандидата в народные депутаты в одномандатных избирательных округах на внеочередных выборах в парламент, которым ранее было отказано в регистрации.

Соответствующее решение поддержали 11 из 14 присутствующих членов ЦИК на заседании в среду вечером, сообщает Укринформ.

В частности, Киевский апелляционный административный суд и Высший административный суд Украины обязал Центризбирком зарегистрировать кандидатами в народные депутаты в порядке самовыдвижения председателя Запорожского облсовета Виктора Межейко по ОИО № 82 (Запорожская область), заместителя министра аграрной политики и продовольствия Андрея Дикуна по ОИО № 200 (Черкасская область), а также Олега Чумака по ОИО № 214 (Днепровский район Киева), который является однофамильцем кандидата по этому же округу от «Блока Петра Порошенко», нынешнего народного депутата Виктора Чумака, и других.

При обсуждении вопроса члены Комиссии выражали свое несогласие с подобными решениями суда и указывали на неправомерность их принятия, однако пришли к согласию, что судебные решения обязательны к исполнению.

По состоянию на 8 октября во исполнение судебных постановлений ЦИК зарегистрировала уже 25 мажоритарщиков.
