Журналістка під прикриттям попрацювала на компанію, яка розповсюджує провладні коментарі від імені не існуючих осіб.

Журналістка з Санкт-Петербурга Людмила Савчук відсудила в компанії ВАТ "Интернет-исследования" компенсацію моральної шкоди, який вона оцінила в 1 рубль.

Савчук 2 січня 2015 року влаштувалась працювати в спецвідділ компанії через оголошення в інтернеті. Єдиний документ, який вона підписала, була підписка про нерозголошення в ЗМІ інформації про діяльність компанії.

Від Савчук вимагали написання не менше п’яти провладних коментарів на день на політичні теми. "Технічне завдання" видавала редакція. Крім того, її зобов’язали вести власний блог на задані теми та звітувати про його рейтинг.

Савчук судилася через те, що її звільнила без виплати зарплати. Вона та її колеги з "Команди 29" не приховували, що їхня мета – вивести діяльність "Фабрики тролів" у публічну площину.

Відділ, на який працювала Савченко, колективно створив блог гадалки на кришталевій кулі, яка нібито жила в Петербурзі.

Представники компанії продовжують стверджувати, що вони ведуть маркетингові та соціологічні дослідження і про тролінг їм нічого невідомо.
