Мосміськсуд призупинив рішення Басманного суду про депортацію автора «Новой газеты» Алі Феруза в Узбекистан.
 

Як повідомляє Media Sapiens із посиланням на «Новаю газету», таке рішення було прийнято після реакції Європейського суду  з прав людини (ЄСПЛ).  До рішення ЄСПЛ Алі Феруз буде перебувати в спецустанові для тимчасового утримання іноземних громадян в селищі Сахарове. Головний редактор «Нової газети» Дмитро Муратов відвідував Феруза в спецустанові. Зі слів самого Феруза, умови утримання в ньому хороші. Також журналіст пише матеріал про свій досвід перебування в цій установі.

У Страсбурзі справу Феруза вже розглядають в пріоритетному порядку.

Нагадаємо, журналіст був затриманий правоохоронцями поблизу редакції 1 серпня. Його звинувачують в порушенні правил в'їзду в РФ та режиму перебування в РФ. Суд ухвалив рішення про депортацію Алі Феруза в Узбекистан. Після цього журналіст спробував накласти на себе руки в суді.

Раніше Алі Феруза затримували у березні цього року за «адміністративні правопорушення», які передбачають безумовну депортацію до Узбекистану. До цього він три роки намагався пройти процедуру отримання статусу (для перебування в РФ) а також подавав документи на отримання тимчасового притулку.
