У п'ятницю Вільнюський суд відмовився санкціонувати рішення литовської Комісії з телебачення і радіомовлення зупинити на три місяці трансляцію програм російського телеканалу Ren TV Baltic, які готуються не в країнах Євросоюзу. Цю інформацію підтвердила прес-секретар Вільнюського окружного адміністративного суду Сігіта Яцинявичене Балтадуоне, передає Delfi.lt, інформує Європейська правда.
Комісія вирішила звернутися до суду на підставі висновку про те, що в показаній 19 листопада минулого року програмі "Територія помилок" каналу Ren TV Baltic розпалювалася ворожнеча і ненависть. Це перше порушення цього телеканалу.
"У програмі тенденційно і одностороннє була представлена інформація про події останнього часу в Україні, роздувалася війна і ненависть до українців та законної української влади, суверенітету України, а також до країн ЄС і НАТО, що підтримують суверенітет і територіальну цілісність України", - відзначили експерти Комісії.
Нагадаємо, раніше повідомлялося, що Вільнюський окружний адміністративний суд повинен санкціонувати рішення Комісії протягом 72 годин. Телеканали РТР-Планета та НТВ-Мир також були визнані порушниками, однак вони зареєстровані для мовлення на всій території ЄС, а не лише в Латвії, через це щодо них буде застосована інша процедура.
