Шевченківський районний суд Києва зобов'язав СБУ відкрити кримінальне провадження в зв'язку з нападом на офіс компанії "Національні інформаційні системи", що виробляє програми для телеканалу "Інтер".

Про це йдеться в ухвалі суду від 5 жовтня, текст якого мають Українські Новини.

"Скаргу товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю"Національні інформаційні системи "задовольнити", - йдеться в ухвалі.

Суд зобов'язав СБУ відкрити кримінальне провадження за заявою "Інтера", яка надійшла в СБУ 12 вересня. У рішенні також йдеться, що телеканал звертався в СБУ з заявою про відкриття кримінального провадження за статтею 258 Кримінального кодексу (теракт). Представник СБУ в суд не з'явився.

Як відомо, 4 вересня на офіс "Національних інформаційних систем", які створюють новини для телеканалу "Інтер", було скоєно напад. В результаті в офісі розпочалася масштабна пожежа, постраждали люди.

Співголова фракції "Опозиційного блоку" в Раді Олександр Вілкул заявив, що люди, які напали на канал "Інтер" 4 вересня, отримали по 200 доларів винагороди, а організували все керівники "Народного фронту" Арсен Аваков, Олександр Турчинов і Арсеній Яценюк.

Джерела "Української правди" в СБУ підтвердили, що дані, озвучені Вілкулом, є в розпорядженні спецслужби.

У свою чергу глава МВС Арсен Аваков заявляв, що слідство розглядає кілька версій причин пожежі, в тому числі і самопідпал.
