Узнать, сколько государство, читай налогоплательщики - мы с вами, тратит на обеспечение народных избранников, можно, изучив смету Верховной Рады на 2016 год. Только вот незадача - проект документа был зарегистрирован на сайте парламента еще в конце ноября 2015 года, но до сих пор не обнародован его текст. "КП" в Украине" направила информационный запрос в регламентный комитет Рады с просьбой исправить эту оплошность. К чести руководства комитета ответ пришел быстро.
В "Нормах расходов на одного народного депутата в 2016 году" значится, что месячный оклад парламентария составляет 6109 гривен. На руки, по словам самих народных избранников, они получают 4800-4900 гривен. Кроме зарплаты парламентарии получают так называемые "депутатские" (представительские) - 17 425 гривен в месяц. Из госбюждета дополнительно оплачиваются и телефонные переговоры - 489 гривен в месяц. Еще 2376 гривен депутату капает на банковскую карточку как компенсация проезда по Украине. В среднем 13 800 гривен народный избранник получает компенсации за наем жилья. Депутатская канцелярия госбюджету обходится в 62,5 гривны.
Еще 30 тысяч гривен уходит на оплату деятельности помощников народных депутатов - 25 076 гривен зарплатный фонд помощников, 400 гривен - их командировки в избирательные округа. То есть ежемесячно один народный депутат аккумулирует около 65,5 тысячи гривен госсредств.
