Мессенджер Telegram объявил конкурс на разработку алгоритма для ранжирования новостей, сообщается на его telegram-канале.

Согласно заданию конкурса, алгоритм должен выделять все тексты на английском и русском языках. Также он должен выбирать из текстов только новости, а затем распределять их по семи группам - общество, экономика, развлечения, технологии, наука, спорт и другие.

Уже распределенные новости алгоритм должен группировать в сюжеты. Работы принимаются до второго декабря в виде standalone приложения tgnews с CLI-интерфейсом.

Победители конкурса получат $100 000 и выйдут во второй этап, по итогам которого предусмотрена аналогичная награда.
