Телеканал "112 Україна" змінив склад редакційної ради, власника й керівника, а виконавчий орган з одноосібного став колегіальним.

Як повідомляє Національна рада з питань телебачення та радіомовлення, 2 березня вона задовольнила клопотання ТОВ "Телерадіокомпанія "112-ТВ" у Києві(супутниковий телеканал "112 Україна") – і внесла відповідні зміни до ліцензіїмовника.

Власниками телеканалу порівну стали київські товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "Аріадна ТВ" і "ТВ Вибір".

Керівника та виконавчий орган змінено з одноособового на колегіальний. До дирекції увійдуть генеральний директор Єгор Бенкендорф, перший заступник генерального директора Василь Сметана і другий заступник генерального директора Юрій Будяк.

Зі складу редакційної ради виключено Романа Савіна і Ольгу Зубрицьку, натомість введено до складу Віталія Мазурака і Сергія Мішеніна.

Водночас Нацрада перенесла на наступне засідання розгляд питання переоформлення ліцензій регіональних компаній, що мовлять із логотипом "112 Україна": "Аріадна ТВ", "Лідер ТВ", "Партнер ТВ", "ТВ Вибір" і "Новий формат ТВ".

На засідання, дату якого Нацрада не уточнює, запрошено директорів цих компаній.
