Прем'єр-міністр Великої Британії Тереза Мей не планує йти у відставку, незважаючи на результати виборів.

Зокрема, про це повідомляє політичний оглядач ВВС Лора Кюнсберг:

"Прем'єр буде працювати над формуванням уряду на основі Консервативної партії, яка набрала більшість голосів і місць", - написала Кюнсберг.

У Великій Британії, 8 червня, пройшли парламентські вибори. За останніми даними, консерватори втратили більшість у парламенті. Зокрема, Консервативна партія Терези Мей отримала 315 мандатів, лейбористи - 261. Таким чином у консерваторів немає шансів набрати абсолютну більшість, тобто 326 місць з 650 в Палаті громад.
