Голова Державного департаменту США Рекс Тіллерсон спростував повідомлення про свою відставку, які раніше з'явилися в ЗМІ.

Про це повідомляє Українська правда з посиланням на  Bloomberg.

За словами Тіллерсона, "він не збирається нікуди йти".

Він також зазначив, що має намір залишитися на своїй посаді "до тих пір, поки президент дозволить".

Тіллерсон додав, що відносини з президентом США Дональдом Трампом у нього "гарні".

Раніше телеканал CNN з посиланням на джерела повідомляв, що Тіллерсон подумує про те, щоб залишити посаду через розбіжності з Білим домом, включаючи політику щодо Ірану.

Держдепартамент США спростував цю інформацію.
