Юлия Тимошенко предлагала назначить кума президента РФ Виктора Медведчука вице-премьером в своем правительстве.
Об этом третий президент Украины Виктор Ющенко рассказал в интервью "Украинской правде", информирует "ДС".
"Она (Тимошенко, - "ДС") сначала рекомендовала назначить его вице-премьером в ее правительство. В 2005 году. Да. У меня был шок. Она оставила кучу фотографий Медведчука в различных позах общения", - рассказал Ющенко.
По его словам, Тимошенко принесла фотографии Виктору Балоге, который возглавлял секретариат президента и сформулировала ему это предложение.
"А потом пришла ко мне и предложила, что было бы лучше, если бы Медведчук стал вице-премьером. Для меня это был шок. Когда я категорически сказал, что этому не быть, возникла второе предложение - послом в России", - сообщил третий президент Украины.
