Вместе с тем он отметил, что не всегда может эффективно поведать людям о важности принятых им решений. За это Трамп поставил себе аналог "тройки" с плюсом — оценку "C+".

Президент США заявил, что он якобы "сделал много отличных вещей", но он считает, что их недостаточно хорошо объясняли американской общественности.
