Конгресмени США бояться новообраного президента Штатів Дональда Трампа через його непередбачуваність. Таку думку висловив професор Американського університету Алан Ліхтман, передає The Washington Post.

Вони (конгресмени, – Ред) не хочуть бачити Трампа в якості президента, тому що вони не можуть його контролювати. Він непередбачуваний,
– каже професор.

На його думку, конгресмени хочуть бачити у якості глави держави віце-президента Майкла Пенса.

"Пенс – абсолютно послідовний, консервативний, контрольований республіканець. І я практично впевнений, що Трамп надасть підстави для імпічменту – або зробивши щось, що поставить під загрозу національну безпеку, або щось, що піде на користь його гаманцю", – підкреслив Алан Ліхтман.
