Міжнародна організація Transparency International закликала Петра Порошенка внести в електронну декларацію правдиву інформацію.
 

Про це йдеться у заяві виконавчого директора організації в Україні Олексія Хмари, яку наводить прес-служба організації, пише Еспресо

"Все українське суспільство зараз чекає невідкладного запуску електронної системи декларування. Адже саме вона передбачає і повне розкриття (інформації - ред.) про майно та стан посадових осіб, в тому числі за кордоном, і відповідальність за навмисну брехню в деклараціях, в тому числі кримінальну", - сказав він.

"Тому ми, як Transparency International, закликаємо Нацагентство з попередження корупції скоріше запустити систему. Її значення особливо важливо в світлі скандалу навколо офшорних компаній президента Петра Порошенка ", - додав Хмара.

Він підкреслив, що недекларування Порошенко вкладу до статутного капіталу офшорної компанії є порушенням антикорупційних стандартів, а створення їм бізнес-компаній фактично при виконанні функцій президента є прямим порушенням Конституції.

"Що з цим робити, нам всім ще належить оцінити. Але вже зараз ми закликаємо президента України подати правдиву інформацію до електронної декларації. Її треба буде подати протягом 60 днів після спеціального рішення НАЗК про формат електронної декларації. За брехню в даних закон передбачав і кримінальне покарання теж ", - додав Хмара.
