Около трети россиян хотели бы, чтобы президентом страны в ближайшие 10-15 лет стала женщина. Об этом свидетельствую результаты опроса, проведенного "Левада-центром".

О желании видеть представительницу слабого пола на посту главы российского государства заявили 32% респондентов. Среди мужчин такого мнения придерживается 21% опрошенных, а среди женщин - 44%.

Вместе с тем почти половина участников исследования (49%) высказались против того, чтобы президентом РФ становилась женщина. Как отмечают социологи, в 2014 году этот показатель был равен 42%, в то время как за представительницу слабого пола на посту президента высказались 46%.

Согласно данным опроса, 77% россиян в целом одобряют участие женщин в политике. При этом две трети опрошенных (64%) хотели бы, чтобы женщины занимали высшие государственные посты наравне с мужчинами.
