Раніше відповідну послугу розвідці США надавала компанія Dataminr, 5% якої належить Twitter Inc.

Зокрема, ця компанія розсилає оповіщення про теракти, політичну нестабільність та інші потенційно важливі події.

За словами джерел, представники Twitter Inc. повідомили Dataminr, що не хочуть, аби компанія продовжувала надавати послуги розвідслужбам США.

Як зауважив високопоставлений чиновник, у Twitter Inc. побоюються, що компанія розглядатиметься партнером спецслужб.
