В Министерстве культуры, молодежи и спорта Украины намерены в судебном порядке блокировать информационные ресурсы по системное распространение дезинформации.

Об этом заявил первый заместитель министра культуры, молодежи и спорта Анатолий Максимчук во время публичной дискуссии “Свобода слова, защита журналистов и информационного пространства Украины от дезинформации (манипуляции и фейков)”, сообщает корреспондент #Букв.

“Сначала мы речь ведем исключительно об определенной дезинформации, то есть не о всем сайте, а определенную информацию. Но если мы видим, что это систематическая работа, направленная на дезинформацию – в порядке и в процедуре, которая будет определена законом, будет в том числе СБУ приобщаться – эти вопросы будут решать, чтобы исключительно в судебном порядке запретить работу того или иного сайта”, – пояснил он.

В то же время замминистра отметил, что это будет крайней мерой при условии наличия систематичности распространение дезинформации.

Кроме того, министр культуры, молодежи и спорта Украины Владимир Бородянский уточнил, что оценочные и критические суждения, сатира, недостоверная информация о лице, которая не вредит общественным интересам не может быть дезинформацией. По его словам, за это нет уголовной ответственности.
