Так, Високий Вал отримав інформацію, що наразі члени комісій з ДВК, на яких впевнену перемогу отримує Юрій Власенко, не можуть здати свої протоколи. Неякі з них перебувають на території окружної виборчої комісії вже більше 14 годин.

Натомість представників виборчих дільниць, у яких на першому місці Максим Микитась, - без проблем здають свої протоколи і покидають приміщення.
