У Дніпропетровську депутати від "Опозиційного блоку" і "Громадської сили" скликали виїзне засідання міськради і обрали секретарем міськради Загіда Краснова, проти якого виступає мер міста. Про це повідомляють Українські новини.

35 депутатів міськради зібралися в будівлі Амур-Нижньодніпровського районного ради і проголосували за Краснова. При цьому, журналістам доступ на сесію був обмежений невідомими людьми.

Краснов був кандидатом в мери від партії "Громадська сила", головою якої є.

У той же час мер Борис Філатов заперечував проти цієї кандидатури категорично. Він готовий погодиться з будь-якої іншою персоною, тільки не з кандидатурою Краснова.

Коли депутати зібралися у сесійній залі, в поліцію надійшов дзвінок про замінування будівлі районної ради.

Після проведення заходів з пошуку вибухових речовин, виїзна сесія продовжилася. І депутати все ж проголосували за Загіда Краснова.

При цьому в.о. заступника міського голови Олександр Санжара заявляє, що регламент "не передбачає проведення будь-яких засідань поза залою пленарних засідань".

За його слвоами, правом скликати сесію володіє мер. Депутати можуть брати на себе такі повноваження тільки в тому випадку, якщо міський голова необґрунтовано відмовляє у її проведенні.

"Потрібно розуміти, що "Опозиціний блок" запропонував скликати сесію на 28 грудня, але сесія була скликана ще раніше – 21 грудня і всі питання, про які просили депутати, були включені до порядку денного. Єдине питання, яке до порядку денного не було включено – це ухвалення бюджету. Це процедурне питання. Проект бюджету потрібно опублікувати не менш ніж за 20 днів до моменту його прийняття. Це все було прояснено на сесії 21 грудня Дніпропетровським міським головою", - роз'яснив Санжара.

Краснов був бізнес-партнером екс-регіонала Олега Царьова, який є палким прихильником розвалу України. На виборах у 2006 році він очолював партію "Громада". Після обрання, партія вступила в альянс з Партією регіонів, блоком Наталі Вітренко і з КПУ.
