Суд у Франції висунув звинувачення 16-річній дівчині за підозрою у підтримці ISIS й плануванні нападу.
 

Про це повідомляє Media Sapiens з посиланням на  Associated Press з посиланням на прокуратуру Парижа. 

За версією слідства, дівчина у соцмережах закликала до здійснення насильницьких дій. Як повідомив заступник генерального прокурора Франції, вона була адміністратором чату, присвяченого пропаганді ISIS, в месенджері Telegram.

Дічині висунуті звинувачення у членстві у «злочинній терористичній організації» і в «підбурюванні до скоєння терористичних актів через онлайн-медіа». Обвинувачену взяли під варту, її ім’я не розголошується. 

Слідчі також відзначили, що дівчина була «надзвичайно радикалізована», однак конкретних цілей для терористичних атак у неї не було. Зараз правоохоронці намагаються вичислити інших учасників бесіди. 

Раніше підлітків уже затримували за підозрою планування теракту. Так, у липні у Німеччині арештували 15-річного підлітка. Поліція припускала, що молода людина підтримувала зв’язок з 18-річним Алі Давидом Сонболі, який вбив дев’ятьох у торговому центрі в Мюнхені.  

У червні 2016 YouTube та Facebook розробили технологію для блокування екстремістських відео. Ця технологія була спочатку розроблена для виявлення і видалення контенту, який захищений авторським правом.

Як писав MediaSapiens, з середини 2015 року Twitter видалив 125 тисяч акаунтів, які пропагують тероризм, в першу чергу пов'язаних у ISIS.

Нагадуємо, що користувачі Google, які будуть вводити в пошуковику екстремістські запити, у видачі отримають сайти антирадикальної спрямованості. Пілотний проект Google, спрямований на боротьбу онлайн-діяльністю терористичних організацій, у тому числі ІДІЛ, запустять паралельно з алгоритмом, що полегшує ідентифікацію екстремістського відео в мережі.
