На дільниці № 681433, що у Хмельницькому, перед голосуванням зламали скриню для бюлетенів, намагаючись її додатково опломбувати, повідомляють в ОПОРІ

Ініціатива поставити додаткову пломбу належала кандидатці в депутати міської ради від партії «ВО «Батьківщина» Євгенії Гарматюк.  Жінці видалось, що однієї пломби з правого боку скрині недостатньо для того, щоб запобігти можливим фальсифікаціям. Тож вона переконала членів комісії поставити ще одну – зліва.

У надійності паперової стрічки з печаткою та підписами членів комісії певності не було, тому, за браком спеціальних інструментів, дірку для пломбування вирішили зробити за допомогою нижниць. Як результат – скриня тріснула. Відтак на дільниці залишилося п’ять великих скринь для голосування.
